No, we do not.

The only thing you can customize is the HDX switch box for Series 3 couplers. You can have your logo placed on it instead of FairWinds Manufacturing for an additional $15

In some cases, we can expedite production for urgent orders. Rush orders may incur additional fees and are subject to production availability. Contact our team to discuss your needs.

We accept payment by credit card or check. Once a credit application is submitted and approved, payment terms will be confirmed. Standard terms are typically 30 days post-approval, but special terms may be negotiated at the time of order, with written agreement.

Yes, we provide order tracking. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking details, and our team will keep you updated on any changes in the delivery schedule.

We stand by the quality of our products and offer a return policy for defective or incorrect items. Due to the custom nature of our manufacturing, we may not accept returns for non-defective items. Please reach out to us with any issues, and we will work with you on a solution. There is a 10% restocking fee and customer pays shipping for non-defective items.

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping rates and lead times will vary based on your location and the size of your order. Our team can provide details on international shipping options at the time of your order.

We maintain strict quality control standards throughout the manufacturing process. Each product undergoes multiple quality checks to ensure it meets specifications before being shipped.

Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be shipped the following business day, unless you have been informed in advance of a lead time. If it's 1:00 PM EST, here are the equivalent times in other common time zones:
